We’re a couple of fleet-footed sandal lovers, who are passionate about classic Spanish avarcas which all of our family have worn for many years since they were toddlers.
Artisan Shoes is all about footwear made by a traditional craftsman's hand. We only stock high quality handmade shoes that have been fashioned with care and attention to detail from natural materials.

Artisan Shoes - Avarcas
Our first range of shoes are the classic Avarca sandals from Menorca, in Spain's Balearic Islands.
The Avarcas, as they are called in Menorca, are a traditional style sandal that has been made for hundreds of years.
These comfortable, everyday sandals are a summer classic throughout Europe.
